• PETITION NO. 44-6/5 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOM% OF VERONA TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petition$ the Dane County Board of Supervisors tolfhange the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 13 , Town of Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-3 Agriculture District to the A-2 Agriculture, C-2 Commercial District. Pet. #4668: Part of the SW SE & SE SW Section 12 and NW NE & NE NW Section 13, Town of Verona described as follows: TO A-2: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 12; thence North 450 feet to the North line of Nesbitt Road which point is the point of beginning; thence Northeasterly, 930 feet along said North line of Nesbitt Road, thence North, 495 feet to the North line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 12; thence West along said North line and the North line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 12, 1280 feet to the West line of the East 10 acres of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 12; thence South along said West line 1040 feet to the North line of Nesbitt Road; thence Northeasterly along said North line 370 feet to the point of beginning. TO C-2: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 12; thence East along the South line of Section 12, 300 feet to the North line of USH 18-151 which point is the point of beginning; thence Northeasterly 1260 feet along said North line of USH 18-151; thence North along the East line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 40 feet; thence Northwesterly, 336.5 feet to the South line of Nesbitt Road, thence Southwesterly, 1660 feet along Nesbitt Road to the West line of the East 10 acres of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 12; thence South, 710 feet to the North line of USH 18-151; thence Northeasterly 815 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
