Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4680: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 25; thence <br /> South 85 feet to the South right-of-way of CTH S; thence East along <br /> right-of-way 168 feet to the point of beginning.
