Drilling, blasting, crushing and related activities: <br /> a. 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during January, February, June, July, Auq;l;;`, <br /> September and December. <br /> b. 7:00 AM to sunset during March, April, May, October and Novo„it . <br /> B. Hauling of material from quarry: <br /> a. 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM during January, February, June, July Auqu,,t, <br /> September, October, November and December. <br /> b. Hauling may be done after 9: 00 PM during March, April a n;3 May. <br /> 2. Slopes on both sides of the required berms shall be 3:1. <br /> 3. Quarry site shall be subject to Chapter 14 , Dane County Code of orainan,os <br /> . and a soil erosion control plan shall be submitted. <br /> 4. Final slope of quarry walls may not be less than 1:1. <br /> 5. Storage of fuels and oils is not permitted on quarry site. <br /> 6. The terms and conditions of the Town of Burke/Ziegler agreement amondo,.1 <br /> the Dane County Agriculture, Environment and Land Records Committee <br /> listed below is attached hereto and incorporated as conditions on <br /> #788. <br /> Amendments to Town of Burke/Ziegler agreement: <br /> A. Delete the requirement of the $50,000 cash deposit. <br /> B.
