Agriculture District to the RH-3 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4676: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 4 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Christiana described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; thence North along the West line thereof 1326.64 feet to the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and the point of beginning; thence along thence centerline of Hillcrest Road, S 88° 49' 05" East, 410.76 feet; thence S 01° 10' 55" West, 438.05 feet; thence S 89° 22' 00" West, 417.46 feet; thence S 34° 37' 00" East, 82.00 feet; thence S 78° 00' 00" West, 31.47 feet to a point on West line of Section 4 being 801.57 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence crossing over into Section 5, S 78° 00' 00" West, 159.53 feet; thence N 75° 30' 00" West, 168.00 feet; thence N 47° 00' 00" West, 256.53 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00" East, 349.76 feet; thence S 89° 02' 00" East, 506.38 feet to the point of beginning.
