ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4675 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4675: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Blue Mounds, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 8; thence N 00° <br /> 32' 39" East along the West line of said NW 1/4, 253.71 feet to the North line <br /> of USH 18-151 and the point of beginning; thence continuing N 00° 32' 39" East <br /> along said West line 622.83 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #1, Dane County <br /> certified survey map #4164; thence East along the South line of said Lot, <br /> 265.32 feet; thence N 71° 34' 34" East along the South line of said Lot, 223.27 <br /> feet; thence N 05° 18' 56" West along the East line of said Lot, 286.12 feet to <br /> the centerline of CTH ID; thence N 85° 50' 40" East along said centerline, <br /> 968.00 feet; thence S 15° 30' West, 550.00 feet to the North line of said USH <br /> 18-151; thence N 89° 23' 51" West along said North line, 410.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
