I. RESTRICTED USE OF THE PARCEL. <br /> A. Dog Racing And Accessory Uses Only. Use of the Parcel <br /> and all facilities located thereon is limited to dog racing and <br /> accessory uses generally associated with such dog racing activity <br /> (such as: parking, concession sales, ticket sales, seating, <br /> restrooms, kennels and storage buildings) . It is expressly <br /> intended by this provision to exclude all other types of racing <br /> activity and further exclude any and all other uses for the Parcel <br /> that would otherwise generally be permitted in a C-2 zoning <br /> district. <br /> B. Restaurant/Bar. One restaurant/bar facility operated <br /> solely in conjunction with, and only for use during scheduled <br /> racing activities, would be permissible on the Parcel. <br /> C. Kennels. All animals on the Parcel must be housed year <br /> round in adequately-sized, weatherproof and soundproof kennels. <br /> Such kennel facilities are permitted on the Parcel only as <br /> accessory to the dog racing operation. <br /> D. Living Quarters. Living qua' tcers are„permitted on the \ <br /> Parcel only as accessory to the dog racing operation and only for <br /> use by those racetrack personnel who are required to remain on <br /> the Parcel overnight for purposes of site security and animal <br /> safety. Trailers, campers, mobile homes or other similar vehicles <br /> may not be used to house such track personnel. The total number <br /> of track personnel permitted to remain on the Parcel overnight in <br /> accordance with this provision shall not exceed ten at any time. <br /> Any structures used to house such track personnel must be in <br /> 1RUTLAND,G 2 <br />
