Building Marquee and Wall Signs to have a maximum area of 10 per <br /> cent of building face; (e) Tote Sign or Scoreboard to be a <br /> maximum of 1 ,000 square feet, not visible from roadways; ( f) Free <br /> Standing Identification Sign to have a 300 foot square maximum <br /> area, 50 foot maximum height with no more than two ( 2) permitted <br /> and all must be set back at least 35 feet from right of way; and <br /> (g) no roof signs are permitted; and including provisions that <br /> off-premises signs shall conform to the existing ordinances of <br /> Dane County; (10) stormwater management and erosion control <br /> plan; ( 11) the location and description of all related <br /> facilities, such as wells, sanitary sewage facilities, refuse <br /> collection areas, drainage facilities, etc. ; ( 12) a noise <br /> abatement plan, including but not limited noise insulation for <br /> kennels; and ( 13) such other information as requested by the Town <br /> Board or the AELR Committee. <br /> Owner shall reimburse the Town of Rutland and Dane County <br /> for all of their respective costs incurred, including but not <br /> 4:4 ,L r--. s <br /> limited to, engineering fees and administrative costs in <br /> reviewing the site plan and any subsequent site plan change <br /> requests, site inspections, and enforcement . <br /> H. Adherence to Approved Site Plan Required.
