ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4279 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 & RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4279: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 34; <br /> thence East 1325 feet to the West line of said quarter quarter; thence East <br /> 425 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East 450 feet; thence <br /> North 484 feet,; thence West 450 feet; thence South 484 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. TO RH-4: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 34; thence East 1325 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East 425 <br /> feet; thence North 484 feet; thence East 450 feet; thence North 343 feet; <br /> thence West 105 feet; thence North 520 feet to the North line of said quarter <br /> quarter, thence West 769 feet to the West line of said quarter quarter; thence <br /> South 1358.8 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
