ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4286 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4286: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North 600 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. Thence continue North 450 feet; thence East 350 <br /> feet, thence South 450 feet, thence West 350 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: IJUL 1 0 <br /> 1992 <br />
