F� , Zoning Division <br /> t''\�l®j,*'ate <br /> ZONING PERMIT INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS <br /> The Dane County Zoning Ordinance provides that two inspections shall be made by the Zoning Division. <br /> Instructions are as follows: <br /> 1. The permit card shall be posted on the premises before any earth disturbing activity is started. <br /> 2. The owner or agent shall have all lot corners visibly staked prior to requesting an inspection.The Zoning <br /> Inspector shall not be responsible for determining the location of lot lines. Please be advised that zoning <br /> '•-aao :-- . - .:e in °ia - • your correct identification of property boundaries and lot lines. <br /> 3. FIRST INSPECTION: <br /> a. s a ocation survey required? No <br /> If yes, a first inspection phone call request is not required. Please arrange to have a copy of the survey <br /> delivered to our department prior to any construction above the foundation. <br /> b. If no,the owner or agent shall request the first inspection when the foundation or basement walls have <br /> been constructed. Footings only are not considered a foundation. The locational extent of the permitted structure <br /> must be iden ' .• - - •- '••- of the first inspection. Construction may continue only after an inspection has been <br /> .-"'-.. <br /> 4. SECOND INSPECTION: Shall be requ-- ed when the building is substantially completed.
