<br /> We, as property owners in the Lake Forest, Forest Park area of
<br /> the Town of Madison, oppose the rezoning from R-3A Residential dis-
<br /> trict to R-4 Residential district of the parcel east of 1505 Carver
<br /> Street, Section 34, NE NE, currently owned by Jay Keepman.
<br /> Further, we would propose that any future proposal for develop-
<br /> ment of this property be accompanied by a state certified environ-
<br /> mental impact statement,to which future building must conform, to
<br /> protect the property rights of owners in the low-lying areas.
