It was observed that existing <br /> shed was moved and structurally altered (replaced floor and doors) and no permit issued. <br /> Under Dane County Code of Ordinance section 10.25 ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT AND <br /> PENALTIES. (1) Zoning administrator. (2) Zoning permits. (a) No new building shall hereafter be erected, and no <br /> existing building shall be added to, structurally altered, moved or changed in use, nor shall any nonconforming <br /> building be repaired or restored, in any district, until a zoning permit has been issued, except as otherwise provided <br /> by law or ordinance. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 2806 Berkan St is in violation of the ordinance. <br /> You are hereby instructed to apply for a zoning permit within 30 days of the date of this letter.
