ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4289 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of BLACK EARTH The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #4289: Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4, SW 1/4 NE 1/4 & N 1/2 SW 1/4 & SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Black Earth described as follows: TO RH-4: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 35; thence S 89° 43' 04" East, 2331.33 feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 35 to a point in the centerline of STH 78; thence S 26° 25' 30" West, 457. 62 feet along the centerline of STH 78 to the point of beginning; thence S 61° 00' 00" East, 354.14 thence S 02° 46' 04" West, 254.74 feet; thence S 53° 23' 56" East, 486. 61 feet; thence S 51° 04 ' 33" East, 196.93 feet; thence S 26° 04' 26" East, 188.48 feet; thence S 67° 56' 00" East, 974.71 feet; thence S 00° 41' 44" West, 201.67 feet; thence S 89° 02' 38" West, 1287.70 feet; thence N 01° 59' 26" West, 660.04 feet; thence N 86° 59' 38" West, 856.22 feet to a point in the centerline of STH 78; thence Northeasterly, 965.09 fet along the centerline of STH 78 to the point of beginning.
