Edwin and Virginia Sanborn shall pay John and <br /> Jennifer Rowley Three Thousand Dollars ($3, 000) upon exchange g of <br /> lands as herein provided for. <br /> 3 . The defendants may locate on the parcel of land <br /> conveyed to them an area of at least three (3) acres which may be <br /> used for an auto salvage yard. This stipulation is contingent <br /> upon obtaining rezoning and a conditional use pemit necessary to <br /> operate an auto salvage yard at this location. The area to be <br /> used for auto salvage yard purposes is shown on Exhibit A and <br /> described on Exhibit B. <br /> 4 . This stipulation is made upon: the condition that <br /> Melvin Jaggi or his agent obtains rezoning of his property in <br /> accordance with petition 3350 . It is understood that Edwin and <br /> Virginia Sanborn may also subsequently attempt to rezone their <br /> property located at 7771 Riverside Road, Verona, Wisconsin, <br /> including the parcel now known as the Rowley-Gust property. <br />
