Site to be enclosed by a woven wire containment fence until permanent <br /> plantings develop to screen the East & South sides of the site, a crop <br /> of sufficient height to provide screening shall be planted. <br /> 2) . No stacking of vehicles and materials so as to be visible from surrounding <br /> properties or the road. <br /> 3) . A single access from Spring Road, acceptable to the Town of Verona, shall <br /> be provided. The access road shall not be less than 410 feet from the <br /> North line of the NW; SW14 - of Section 31. <br /> 4) . No operation after daylight hours or on Sunday. <br /> 5) . No storage of inoperative vehicles, junk or other materials beyond the <br /> boundaries of the salvage yard enclosed. <br /> 6) . Storage of licensed collector vehicles to be limited to a 1.1 acre site adja- <br /> cent to the salvage yard, with site to be designated by the Town Board. <br /> 7) . No mechanical, auto repair, or body work to be performed on the premises, <br /> other than work related to dismantling and removal of parts. <br /> 8) . An improved entrance road to prevent carrying of mud onto Spring Rose Road. <br /> 9) . When the salvage yard ceases the Conditional Use Permit ceases and the <br /> Town may submit a petition to request a rezone to an appropriate district. <br /> r 10) . No use of remainder of property except those uses legally allowed in the <br /> A-1 Exclusive District. <br /> 11) . An approved soil erosion control plan for salvage yard and adjacent area. <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> #3 above amended May 14, 1985 to read as follows: <br /> A single access from Spring Road, acceptable to the Town of Verona, shall be <br /> provided.
