WHEREAS, / ', „AO - j_ _ is/are the owner or owners of the following describ and in the Town of [c/e S fR e r f , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Westport described as follows: Commencing at the West one-quarter corner of said Section; thence along the South line of said Northwest quarter of said Section 16 for a distance of 1557 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 400 feet; thence • East 600 feet; thence South to the center of said Section; thence West along said South line to the point of beginning. 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the • owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as • beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- posed: a) . A-B area shall be used only for storage and distribution of silage b) . Maximum area for silage stack may not exceed 14,690 square feet. c) . Maximum height of silage may not exceed 22 feet. d) . Dumping, loading, ingress and egress, and accessory areas shall be blacktopped. } e) . Leachate shall be dispersed at least twice each year: - { 1. The first time by July 1st, and 2. The second time prior to freezing. f) . Violation of the above is subject penalties pursuant to Section 10.25 (5) - Dane County zoning Ordinance. These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. - 1 - {2 ��0 2117402 z--os-FP
