We would like you to <br /> understand that this will be the only crossing point for your <br /> golfers. No at-grade crossing for golfers will be permitted. <br /> Your underpass location and construction will have to be <br /> approved by this department before you initiate construction. <br /> Any drives off of CTH "W" to serve the course will also need <br /> prior approval of this department. Permits will have to be <br /> obtained for the new drive entrances prior to initiating <br /> construction. <br /> Any tee green or fairway for the golf course should be placed <br /> a minimum of 50 feet from the centerline of CTH "W" so future <br /> road improvements will not adversely affect the golf course. <br /> If you concur with our additional requirements, I can see no <br /> problem in suggesting that your zoning request be approved. <br /> Please inform me by letter as soon as possible on your <br /> concurrence. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT <br /> John A.
