ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4333 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 & RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4333: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: TO RH-2: Commencing atthe Southwest corner of said Section35; <br /> thecne North 484 feet to the point of beginning; thecne North 836 feet; thence <br /> east 1170 feet; thence South 630 feet; thecne S 79° West, 287 feet along the <br /> centerline of a town road; thence S 74° 30' West, 435 feet along the <br /> centerline of a town road; thence S 83° West, 156 feet along the centerline of <br /> a town road; thence S 87° West, 310 feet along the centerline of a town road <br /> to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southwest corner of <br /> said Section 35; thence North 1320 feet; thence East 1170 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence East 750 feet; thence South 630 feet; thence West 750 feet; <br /> thence North 630 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
