Gehl , and myself are in receipt of a notice <br /> for application to rezone property at 10706 West Blue Mounds Road, Town <br /> of Blue Mounds , Zoning Petition No. 4314 . We are not in opposition to <br /> this rezoning change but do have a couple concerns which we have <br /> expressed to the parties . <br /> A copy of a certified survey map is included herein which <br /> describes the property in question. We are the holders and <br /> beneficiaries of a R.O.W. easement through Lot 1 that is not recited <br /> the certified survey map. Our concern would be that the R.O.W. should <br /> be shown and that any zoning change should not affect our usage. The <br /> R.O.W. runs between the barn and house for driveway purposes to our <br /> adjoining lands. <br /> Another concern that we have expressed to the parties is that the <br /> current fence lines do not coincide with the certified survey map and <br /> that we are expressly giving notice that there is no license or <br /> continued use that goes with this property outside of the survey <br /> boundaries . <br /> I believe the County will be reviewing the certified survey map on <br /> this subject property and we would ask that the R.O.W. as is defined in <br /> Warranty Deed Vol . 17 of Records, page 224 , Document #1400775 be shown <br /> on the certified survey and also that fence lines be appropriately <br /> identified on the certified survey.
