No. Surveyor Checked by Date <br /> Location: Section T N R E-W <br /> City Village Town County <br /> s. 236.34 (1) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF NOT MORE THAN 4 PARCELS OF LAND <br /> Total number of parcels including lots, outlots, private road, etc. <br /> s. 236.34 (1) (a) THE SURVEY <br /> Survey performed and map prepared by Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor <br /> Ratio of error in latitude and departure closure may not exceed l'/3000' <br /> ss. 236.34 (1) (b) & (c) [cross-referenced sections identified below] . <br /> s. 236.15 (1) MONUMENTS. For every CSM there shall be a survey where <br /> monuments are placed flush to the ground at: <br /> (c) Lot, outlot, park and public access corners. [Iron pipes 24" long by 1" <br /> diameter, or solid square or round iron bars less in diameter, min. wt. <br /> 1.13 lb./lin. ft. required] <br /> (d) Intersection of lot, outlot, park and public access line with meander line. <br /> [Iron pipes 24" long by 1" diameter, or solid square or round iron bars <br /> less in diameter, min. wt. 1.13 lb./lin. ft. required] . Monuments shall be <br /> not less than 20' from the ordinary high water mark. <br /> s. 236.20 (2) MAP & ENGINEERING INFORMATION. The map shall show correctly: <br /> (a) All exterior boundaries. <br /> (b) All monuments, corners and other points established in the field. The map <br /> or legend shall indicate material used, kind of metal, diameter, length and <br /> weight per lineal foot. <br /> (c) Exact length and bearing of all exterior boundary, public ground, street, <br /> alley and lot lines. Easements not parallel to any survey line by center <br /> line distance and bearing and width. Or, by width when parallel to other <br /> survey lines. Previously recorded bearings and lengths shown "Recorded <br /> as . " <br /> (e) All lots and outlots in each block consecutively numbered. <br /> (f) Exact width of all easements, streets, alleys. <br /> (g) All meander lines, with distances and bearings, distances between <br /> intersections of meander lines and lot lines and ordinary high water mark. <br /> (i) North point properly located; referenced to a magnetic, true or other <br /> identifiable direction and related to boundary line of quarter section, <br /> private claim or federal reservation in which map lies. <br /> (j) Lot or outlot area in square feet. <br /> (k) Street on circular curve; main chords of right-of-way lines as dotted or <br /> dashed lines, arc length, chord bearing and length, radius of circle, <br /> central angle and both tangent bearings. Curve segments in same manner. <br /> Street on circular curve of less than 30 ft. radius, tangent to street <br /> lines--show radius or curve and tangent distances. <br /> (L) Strict compliance with requirements of this section may be waived by the <br /> DATCP for CSM's. <br />
