Stets.] <br /> Checked by: Date: <br /> 236.15 SURVEYING REQUIREMENTS <br /> (1) MONUMENTS (placed flush with the ground where practicable) NOTE: See s. 70.27 (6), Wis. Stats. <br /> (a) External boundaitier r } shall be monumented by stone or concrete, 30" long by 4" square <br /> or 5" in diameter with ` Y'od"imbedded; or iron pipes or rods, 30" long by 2" in diameter, <br /> or solid square or rouat••iran'bars less in diameter, min. wt. 3.65#/lin: ft. At all corners, ends <br /> of curves, point where curve changes radius, all angle points, and all angle points along the <br /> meander line (not less than 20' back from the ordinary high water mark or stream bank). <br /> (b) Internal boundaries, shall be monumented as in par. (a); at all block corners, each end of curves; at <br /> points in curve where radius changes; at all angle points. <br /> (c) Lot, outlot, park and public dedication corners, iron rods or pipes 24" long by 1" diameter, or solid <br /> square or round iron bars less in diameter, min. wt. 1.13#/lin. ft. <br /> (d) Lot, outlot, park and public dedication lines extending to lakes or streams shall be monumented as in <br /> par. (c); at intersection of line 4 amender line, not less than 20' from ordinary high water mark of <br /> stream bank. <br /> (f) Any durable metal, stone or concrete monuments may be used in par. (c) and (d). Must have magnet <br /> embedded near top or bottom and be uniform through plat. <br /> (g) DATCP may make other reasonable monumentation requirements to accommodate unusual circumstances. <br /> 236.20 FINAL PLAT <br /> (1) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) - 1;" binding margin on left side and 1" margins on other sides. <br /> - Graphic scale not over 100' to 1" on each sheet showing layout features. [see s.70.27(5),Wis.Stats.] <br /> - Sheets numbered as sheet of sheets, if more than one sheet. <br /> - Subdivision and county name on each sheet. <br /> (b) - Original and recording document is muslin-backed white paper 22" wide x 30" long, prepared with <br /> nonfading black image. (Sheet size x ). <br /> (2) MAP AND ENGINEERING INFORMATION <br /> (a) All exterior boundaries. <br /> (b) All monuments, corners and other points established in the field; indicate material used, except <br /> that lot, outlot and meander corners need not be shown. A description of the monuments, including <br /> for metal monuments the kind of metal, the diameter, length and weight per lineal foot. <br /> (c) Exact length and bearing of all exterior blocks, public grounds, streets, alleys, and lot lines <br /> (except where parallel). 'Easements by center or boundary line length/bearing/width, or by width <br /> when parallel to other survey lines. Previously recorded bearings & lengths shown "Recorded as ". <br /> (d) Blocks, if designated, consecutively numbered or lettered in alphabetical order. <br /> (e) Lots and outlots in each block consecutively numbered. <br /> (L) Strict compliance with requirements of this section may be waived by the DATCP. <br /> 70.27 ASSESSOR'S PLAT <br /> (7) CERTIFICATE TO ACCOMPANY PLAT SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br /> Signed <br /> (a) The name of the governing body by whose order the plat was made, Date <br /> and the date of the order. <br /> (b) A clear, concise description, by gov't. lot, 4-4 section, township, Reg. No. <br /> range and county, otherwise by metes and bounds beginning with some Seal <br /> corner marked and established in the U. S. Public Land Survey. Acknowledged <br /> (c) Statement that plat is a correct representation of all the exterior <br /> boundaries of the land surveyed and each parcel thereof. <br /> (d) Statement that provisions of s. 70.27 have been fully complied with. <br /> DATCP/1988 <br />
