• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4347 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4347: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 34; thence <br /> East 1325 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East 425 feet; <br /> thence North 484 feet; thence East 450 feet; thence North 343 feet; thence <br /> West 880 more or less feet; thence South 800 more or less feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 9� — - <br />
