ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4318 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4318: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at South quarter corner of Section 7, Town of Roxbury; thence North <br /> 499.90 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 89° 42' 06" West 262.11 feet; <br /> thence S 08° 17' 32" East 11.95 feet; thence S 85° 24' 03" West 66.07 feet; <br /> thence N 08° 16' 30" West 169.75 feet; thence S 81° 45' 44" West 121.67 feet; <br /> thence N 24° 43' 01" West 348.65 feet; thence N 72° 04' 49" West 135.59 feet; <br /> thence N 12° 39' 09" West 87.96 feet; thence N 55° 47' 21" West 435.14 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 57' 18" East, 1091.00 feet; thence S 00° 03' 48" East 824.63 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> a) .
