Town Verona Area: 499 more or less Acres <br /> Proposed use: governmental uses - park expansion <br /> PERTINENT LAND USE <br /> Staff Comments <br /> E//.O Conditional Use Permit 694 A private sewage system was recently installed for this <br /> project. No objection to this petition. <br /> /411/Y Conditional Use Permit 694 . We make the following comments <br /> relative to this conditional use permit: <br /> (1) The area southeast of the USH 18-151 and CTH "PB" <br /> intersection should not be included in the expansion <br /> of the park at this time because of possible land use <br /> conflicts with State highway relocation plans now <br /> under study, and because the County has a salt <br /> storage facility located on a portion of this <br /> property. <br /> (2) A minimum 150 ' of land located west of the centerline <br /> of CTH "PB" (some of which is already highway <br /> right-of-way) should be reserved for possible future <br /> widening to "PB" . <br /> (3) CTH "PB" and USH 18-151 are access controlled <br /> highways . Approvals would be required for any <br /> changes in use for any existing or new accesses to <br /> serve the park properties . <br /> Concerns Expressed at/after public hearing <br /> Analysis <br />
