Page 1 • <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #694 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Governmental uses - County Park expansion. <br /> EFrECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 9/27/88 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 Section 14, NE 1/4 Section 15 Town of Verona. <br /> The West 1155 more or less feet of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 lying North of <br /> Highway the W 1/2 NE 1/4; the North 470 more or less feet of the S <br /> 1/2 NW 1/4; the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, lying North of Highway; the South <br /> 660 more or less feet of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 . <br /> CONDITIONS e <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . Impose condition that no shelter may be constructed closer <br /> than 400 feet from the property lines of the residential area <br /> located at the North side of the park. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br /> surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br />
