<br /> I, Glen L. Northrop, Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that I have surveyed,
<br /> divided and mapped the lands described below according to the provisions of Chapter
<br /> 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and that this map and description is a true repre-
<br /> sentation of the field survey made and shows the size and location of the property,
<br /> all visible structures, apparent easements, roadways and visible encroachments as of
<br /> this date. Said land being located in part of the SE , of the NE 4 of Section 23,
<br /> T 5 N, R 12 E, Town of Albion, Dane County, Wisconsin and more particularly described
<br /> by a metes and bounds description as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the aluminum monument of record found being the reference
<br /> accessory monument for the inaccessable E 4 corner of said Section 23 in
<br /> Turtle Lake, said monument being N 0° 39' 13" W (grid north bearing),
<br /> 591.40' from said E 4 corner; thence continue N 0° 39' 13" W, 33.51' to
<br /> the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence SOUTHWESTERLY, 165.20' along the arc of
<br /> an 881.47' radius curve to the left, chord bearing S 64° 54' 38" W, 164.96' ;
<br /> thence S 59° 32' 30" W, 251.44' ; thence S 60° 40' W, 436.05' ; thence
<br /> N 9° 40' W, 441.45' ; thence N 00° 37' 13" W, 240.00' to meander line
<br /> corner "A"; thence N 30° 19' E, 30' more or less to the normal high
<br /> water line of Sweet Lake; thence S 30° 19' W, 30' back to said corner
<br /> "A"; thence S 71° 22' E, along a meander line for this survey, 96.43' ;
<br /> thence S 86° 45' 44" E, 730.74' along said meander line to meander corner
<br /> "B" being the ending of this meander line; thence N 0° 39' 13" W, 40'
<br /> more or less to the normal high water line of Sweet Lake; thence

<br /> Said described parcel includes all that land lying between the described
<br /> meander line and the shore of Sweet Lake together with all riparian rights
<br /> for the benefits and uses of the shore of Sweet Lake as is entitled under
<br /> Wisconsin Laws.
<br /> This described parcel contains 8.32 acres more or less to the normal high
<br /> water line of Sweet Lake as same is shown on this survey. The parcel is
<br /> subject to a public highway right of way easement for STH 106 along the
<br /> southerly 33' of the property.
