ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4321 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4321: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 23 Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 23; thence North along <br /> the Section line, 625 feet more or less to the centerline of STH 106; thence <br /> continue North along said Section line, 330 feet more or less to the normal <br /> high waterline of Sweet Lake and being the point of beginning; thence South <br /> along said Section line, 330 feet more or less to the centerline of STH 106; <br /> thence Southwesterly along the centerline of STH 106, 880 feet more or less to <br /> fence line extended; thence N 10° West along said fence line and an extension <br /> thereof, 760 feet more or less to the normal high waterline of Sweet Lake; <br /> thence Easterly along the South shore of Sweet Lake, 890 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
