• PETITION NO. j z// PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF ALBION TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 23, Town of Albion Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-3 rural Homes District. Pet. #4321: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 23 Town of Albion described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 23; thence North along the Section line, 625 feet more or less to the centerline of STH 106; thence continue North along said Section line, 330 feet more or less to the normal high waterline of Sweet Lake and being the point of beginning; thence South along said Section line, 330 feet more or less to the centerline of STH 106; thence Southwesterly along the centerline of STH 106, 880 feet more or less to fence line extended; thence N 10° West along said fence line and an extension thereof, 760 feet more or less to the normal high waterline of Sweet Lake; thence Easterly along the South shore of Sweet Lake, 890 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
