This exception is made because the original <br /> farm parcel was an estate which was divided by court action. <br /> The two parcels created by the division of the estate were more <br /> than 35 acres each. Therefore, according to our land use plan <br /> each would be allowed one split. The total number of splits <br /> allowed prior to the estate settlement was two.
