ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4349 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the A-1 <br /> Ex. Agriculture & RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4349: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> TO A-1 EX: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence <br /> South, 16.5 feet; thence West, 786 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> South, 405 feet; thence East, 210 more or less feet; thence North, 405 feet; <br /> thence West 210 more or less feet to point of beginning. TO RH-2: Commencing <br /> at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South, 76.5 feet; thence <br /> West, 289 feet; thence South, 340 feet; thence East, 289 feet; thence North, <br /> 340 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
