The post-development impervious surface ratio will <br /> be 7.6%,or 6,453 square feet within 300 feet of the ordinary high watermark of an unnamed stream. <br /> Prior to issuance of a shoreland zoning permit for the proposed development the following conditions must be <br /> satisfied: <br /> 1.
