The rear <br /> yard requirement for R-1A is 50 ft . Mr . Woods addition would <br /> not meet these requirements, so he is applying for rezoning <br /> to R-3, which would change his rear yard requirements to 25 <br /> ft . <br /> As far as I am concerned, the zoning charge would be <br /> acceptable .
