• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4379 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> & R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> • Pet. #4379: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner; thence East 1075 feet more or <br /> less to East right-of-way extended McCloskey and point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing East 200 feet more or less; thence South 475 feet more or less; <br /> thence West 200 feet more or less; thence North to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> • <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
