That land is described as Lot 31, <br /> Yahara Heights. The tax parcel number is 33-43-1009. <br /> Enclosed is a check for the filing fee of $65.00. Also enclosed is a scale drawing <br /> of my lot and the existing permanent structures. I have also included a plat map <br /> of Yahara Heights showing my lot and the adjacent areas. The land within 300 <br /> feet is currently used for single-family residential dwellings. <br /> The purpose of this application is to permit me to increase the number of <br /> children, in my Licensed Family Daycare Center, to a total of 16. I have received <br /> approval from the State Licensing authority and have presented my plans to the <br /> Town of Westport Board. The maximum number of children allowed in my State <br /> License is 19, and I have petitioned the Westport Board to change the present cap <br /> of 12 to a new cap of 16 children. I have completed the minor changes required, <br /> and in addition, have added an additional area completly enclosed with a wood <br /> child-proof picket fence. <br /> The property is suitable for the requested usage because it will meet all <br /> requirements of the State Licensing authority and it has 2 fenced playground <br /> areas at the rear of the house, adjacent to vacant land.
