Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4381: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 23 being the <br /> point of beginning; thence North on Section line 306 feet more or less; thence <br /> West parallel to South line of Section , 313 feet more or less; thence <br /> Southwesterly 319 feet more or less to point on South line of Section which is <br /> 403 feet more or less from the Southeast corner of said Section; thence East <br /> on the Section line, 403 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
