Agriculture District to the RH-4 Rural Homes & A-B Agri-' District. Business Pet. #4383: Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 30 and NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Verona described as follows: TO RH-4: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 30, said point being the point of beginning; thence North along the East line of Section 30, 2608.4 feet more or less to the East quarter corner of said Section 30; thence West, 417.5 feet; thence South, 2612 feet more or less to the South line of said Section 30; thence East 417.5 feet to the point of beginning.
