ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4386 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4386: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 34 and W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 35 Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner <br /> of said Section 35; thence N 01° 31 ' 59" East along the East line of Oakwood <br /> Hill North, 1,103.83 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 01° <br /> 31' 59" East along said East line, 230.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said <br /> • Plat; thence N 89° 40 ' 16" West along the North line of said Plat, 182.14 <br /> feet; thence North, 148.90 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" East, 416.15 feet; <br /> thence S 01° 31' 59" West, 380.00 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" West, 230.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
