• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4390 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4390: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: Lot #13, South Meadow Plat; also, commencing at the South quarter <br /> corner of said Section 32; thence S 89° 41' 12" West along the South line of <br /> said Section 32, 1,309.70 feet; thence N 00° 14 ' 16" West, 924.07 feet to the <br /> Northeast corner of Lot #13, Plat of South Meadow, the point of beginning of <br /> this description; thence S 89° 06' 00" West, along the North line of Lot #13 <br /> of said plat, 230.94 feet; thence N 00° 13 ' 00" West, 188.60 feet; thence N <br /> 89° 06' 00" East, 230.87 feet; thence S 00° 14 ' 16" East, 188.60 feet to the <br /> point of beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
