ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4395 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4395: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 & NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Sun Prairie <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 26; <br /> thence N 87° 25 ' East 1301.7 feet along the East-West cuarter line of Section <br /> 26 to the centerline of CTH TT (recorded as N 87° 23'11" East 1301.10 on Hwy. <br /> Map) ; thence N 40° 21' 25" East 29.25 feet along the centerline of Hwy. TT to <br /> the point of beginning. Thence S 00° 18' 35" East, 245.75 feet; thence N 87° <br /> 25 ' East 470.0 feet; thence N 02° 35' West 75.0 feet; thence N 78° 47 ' West, <br /> 187.0 feet; thence N 54° 24 ' East 192.0 feet to the intersection with the <br /> East-West quarter line of Section 26; thence N 87° 25 ' East 58.95 feet along <br /> the said East-West quarter line; thence N 47° 39' 35" West 379.75 feet to the <br /> centerline of CTH TT; thence S 40° 21' 25" West 337.16 feet along the <br /> centerline of CTH TT to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
