ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4396 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4396: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of_Section 12, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 12; thence S 89° <br /> • <br /> 13' 19" West along the North line of said NE 1/4, 279.84 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 01° 09' 50" West, 843.02 feet; thence S 89° 13 ' 19" West, <br /> 534.89 feet; thence N 08° 12' 10" East, 396.92 feet; thence N 17° 56' 20" <br /> East, 201.71 feet; thence N 30° 06' 56" East, 302.33 feet to the North line of <br /> the NE 1/4; thence N 89° 13' 19" East along the North line of said NE 1/4, <br /> 281.54 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
