ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4397 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential & RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4397: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO R-3A: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 29; thence <br /> North, along the North-South quarter line of said Section 29, 1309.46 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 05' 32" East, 60.79 feet to the centerline of Biglow Road and the <br /> point of beginning; thence along said centerline, N 00° 21' 00" West, 354.00 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 05 ' 32" East, 200.00 feet; thence S 00° 21' 00" East, <br /> 354.00 feet; thence N 89° 05 ' 32" West, 200.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning., TO RH-1: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 29; thence North, along the North-South quarter line of said Section 29; <br /> 463.46 feet; thence S 89° 05 ' 32" East, 60.79 feet to the centerline of Biglow <br /> Road and the point of beginning; thence N 00° 33 ' 30" East, along said <br /> centerline, 846.00 feet; thence S 89° 05' 32" East, 200.00 feet; thence S 00° <br /> 33' 30" West, 846.00 feet; thence N 89° 05 ' 32" West, 200.00 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br />• effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br />• following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
