K>r7 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TON OF <br /> RUTLAND <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 29 , Town of Rutland , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the R-3A Residential, A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-3A Residential, RH-1 Rural . District. <br /> Homes <br /> Pet. #4397: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO R-3A: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 29; thence <br /> North, along the North-South quarter line of said Section 29, 1309.46 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 05' 32" East, 60.79 feet to the centerline of Biglow Road and the <br /> point of beginning; thence along said centerline, N 00° 21 ' 00" West, 354.00 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 05' 32" East, 200.00 feet; thence S 00° 21' 00" East, <br /> 354.00 feet; thence N 89° 05' 32" West, 200.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning.
