The Town of York representatives have been <br /> consulted informally and will approve the application for <br /> purposes of selling off a sixteen acre parcel which consists of <br /> woods and pasture provided only one home is built on it . <br /> What I need at this time is a legal description of the present <br /> farmstead as it now exists . <br /> Hopefully we can sell this in the spring. I will want you to <br /> handle the closing and will provide 10% of the net proceeds in <br /> addition to closing costs to apply toward my long standing bill . <br /> Your cooperation and understanding has meant a great deal to us <br /> through this long ordeal.
