ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4412 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4412: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Rutland described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 10; thence <br /> Sout 50 feet to the South line of STH 138 and the point of beginning; thence <br /> East along the South line of said highway, 675 feet more or less; thence South <br /> 340 feet more or less; thence West 675 feet more or less to the West line of <br /> the aforesaid NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North along said West line, 340 feet more <br /> or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> ( <br /> EFFECTIVE 1�• 1 <br />
