Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4412: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Rutland described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 10; thence <br /> South 50 feet to the South line of STH 138 and the point of beginning; thence <br /> East along the South line of said highway, 675 feet more or less; thence South <br /> 340 feet more or less; thence West 675 feet more or less to the West line of <br /> the aforesaid NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North along said West line, 340 feet more <br /> or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
