Pet. #4413: Part of government Lot #1 of Section 25, Town of Dunn described as follows: TO RH-1: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #14, Plat of Kegonsa Heights; thence N 88° 44' West 150.04 feet to the Southeast corner of proposed Lot #3 and point of beginning; thence continue N 88° 44 ' West 204.5 feet; thence N 00° 20' 50" West 665.18 feet to the Southwest line of Quam Avenue; thence S 50° 54' 50" East 268.73 feet; thence S 01° 16' 00" West 482.36 feet to the point of beginning. TO R-3: Beginning Southeast corner Lot #12, Kegonsa Heights, thence N 88° 44' West 322.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 88° 44' West 162 feet; thence N 00° 20' 50" West 91 feet, thence Southwesterly to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
