P. 0. Box 224
Verona, WI 53593
January 8, 1989
Dane County Zoning Department Dane County Zoning Department
Room 116, City-County Building Room 116, City-County Building
Madison, WI 53709 Madison, WI 53709
Attention: Bill Fleck Attention: Shary Bisgard, Chair
Agriculture, Environment & Land
Records Committee
RE: Zoning Petition #4414
Pursuant to my telephone conversation with Bill Fleck, I am sending this
letter requesting that you hold in obeisance your decision on Zoning
Petition #4414 - the reason being there is a possible boundary dispute
on the southern portion of the land petitioned for rezoning.
The Petitioner, Farm Credit Services by Larry Coulthard, has agreed with
me that a survey should be completed prior to any rezoning so that we
know where the boundary lines are, and where the rezoning is taking place
in reference to the boundary lines. If the survey shows that there is a
problem with the boundaries that are now in use, the adjacent property
owners will sit down and clear up the boundary dispute prior to rezoning.
I do not know if I am for or against the rezoning, until a survey shows
me where the rezoning is in relation to the property boundaries as they
are now being used.
Sincerely,
"7")
David J: Gehl
PP
