(Existing buildings exempt from this condition) . 2) . Screening and landscaping shall be completed by Fall of 1986. 3) . A woven wire fence of adequate height shall be installed around the site to prevent debris, paper, etc. , from being blown off site. 4) . Ingress/egress shall be directed to/from the North intersection of Natvig Road and CTH N and restricted from Natvig Road South of the site.
