ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4420 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4420: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 4; thence N 88° 36' <br /> 30" East, 1325.20 feet to the Southwest corner SE 1/4 NW 1/4; Section 4, <br /> thence North 363.8 feet along the West line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and <br /> centerline of Oak Street to the point of beginning. Thence continue North <br /> 313.0 feet along said West line NE 1/4 NW 1/4 to the Southwest corner of CSM <br /> #4840; thence S 87° 56' East 326.0 feet along the Southerly line of said CSM <br /> #4840; thence South 301.24 feet; thence West 325.79 feet to the West line of <br /> the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 513//gC1 <br />
