PETITION NO. 442-1 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> SPRTN(;FTRi,n <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladles & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 1 , Town of Sprinqfield , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residential/LC-1 Limited District. <br /> Commercial <br /> Pet. #4421: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: TO R-1A: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #1, CSM 4957; <br /> thence N 01° 36" 31" West 440 feet; thence N 89° 09' 04" East 140 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 51' 18" East 440 feet; thence S 88° 23 ' 29" West, 141 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
